Does food actually release, or does it stick?+
The hand-hammered surface releases food cleanly with a little heat and oil — the way a well-used pan should. It's not a sprayed-on "nothing ever sticks" coating, and we won't pretend it is. The upside: there's no coating to scratch or peel, so that release lasts for years.
Which size should I pick?+
8–8.5" suits one or two people; 9.5" is the do-everything size for 2–3; 10–11" handles family cooking. Two sizes cover nearly everything — and take 15% off automatically.
Is it solid titanium?+
