These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tetsucookware.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from TETSU. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our products
We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their specifications (including sizes, materials, and colors) as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur — each pan is hand-finished, and slight differences in the hammered surface are part of the craft, not a defect.
2. Orders and payment
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues; if we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
3. Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed; delays by carriers or customs are outside our control.
4. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. All return requests must be made by email to info@tetsucookware.com before returning any item.
5. Product use and care
Our cookware is intended for normal household cooking use. Please follow the care instructions provided; damage resulting from misuse, abrasive cleaning, or modification is not covered by our return policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the TETSU name, logo, product designs, photography, and text — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TETSU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or state of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
