Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your TETSU cookware. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read the terms below carefully before requesting a return.

30-Day Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted for return.

Start Your Return — Contact Us First

All returns must be requested in advance. Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team by email at info@tetsucookware.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Do not ship any item back to us before you have received return instructions from our team. Returns sent without prior contact and approval cannot be processed, and we will be unable to issue a refund for them.

How It Works

Email info@tetsucookware.com within 30 days of your purchase, including your order number.
Our team will confirm your eligibility and send you the return address and instructions.
Pack the unused item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the instructions provided.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item arrived damaged or was sent in error, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at info@tetsucookware.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
