30-day returns
You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
All returns must be requested by email before shipping anything back. Contact us at info@tetsucookware.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at info@tetsucookware.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? The fastest way is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order for the size you want.
Non-returnable items
Used cookware, items returned after 30 days, and items not in original condition cannot be refunded.
