One pan. Five sizes.
Made to last.
The EN skillet — hand-hammered, PFAS-free, titanium-reinforced. Pick the size that fits your kitchen, and save when you take more than one.
The board that outlasts the counter.
Steel, cut from a single sheet and finished by hand. Nothing soaks in, nothing warps, nothing needs oiling — rinse it under the tap or put it in the dishwasher. One size: 11.4" × 7.9".
Your current pan is working against you.
Most cookware is designed to be replaced. We wanted the opposite.
Forever chemicals
Conventional non-stick relies on PFAS coatings — the "forever chemicals" that don't break down, and that many would rather keep out of their food entirely.
The replacement treadmill
Coated pans wear out. When the surface starts to go, so does the pan — and you're back to buying another one every couple of years.
Heat it can't handle
Thin cores and delicate coatings mean hot spots and low heat limits. It's hard to get a real sear on a pan that's afraid of heat.
Made without compromise.
PFAS-free surface
A hand-hammered cooking surface that releases food cleanly — with none of the PFAS/PFOA chemistry, and nothing sprayed on to wear away.
Titanium-reinforced body
A titanium-reinforced stainless steel body built to hold and spread heat evenly, and to hold up to daily use for years.
Every cooktop
Induction, gas, electric and oven-compatible. One pan that works on whatever heat your kitchen runs on.
Built to keep
No coating to peel means far less to wear out. Cookware meant to outlast trends — and most pans you've owned before it.
Get a real sear.
Every day.
The hand-hammered surface releases food cleanly with a little heat and oil — and takes the high heat a proper sear needs, without a coating to break down.

Questions, answered.
Is it non-stick without a chemical coating?+
The hand-hammered surface is PFAS-free and releases food cleanly with a little heat and oil. It behaves differently from a sprayed Teflon coating — and there's no coating to scratch or peel over time.
Which size should I pick?+
8–8.5" suits one or two people and morning eggs; 9.5" is the popular do-everything size for 2–3; 10–11" handles family cooking and batch meals. Buying two sizes covers nearly everything — and takes 15% off automatically.
What cooktops does it work on?+
Induction, gas, electric and ceramic — plus oven-safe use. One pan across every heat source in your kitchen.
How do I care for it?+
Hand wash with warm water and a soft cloth. Simple care keeps the surface performing for years.
What's your returns policy?+
30 days from your purchase date for unused items in original condition. If something arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
