Shipping Policy

Free US shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value, no code needed.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates are made in good faith; occasional carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email us at info@tetsucookware.com and we'll look into it right away.

Address changes

Need to correct a shipping address? Email us at info@tetsucookware.com as soon as possible. We can usually update the address before the order ships, but we cannot make changes once it's with the carrier.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — see our Refund & Return Policy. If your package appears lost in transit, email us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

International shipping
