From customer feedback
A wok with nothing to peel.
No coating
Nothing is sprayed on, so nothing can peel, flake or wear thin. The hammered steel is the cooking surface.
Room to move
Deep, sloped sides keep food in the wok while you toss and stir. Put the lid on to steam or simmer.
Honest trade-off
Steel cooks best preheated, with a little oil. Give it a minute on the heat and food releases instead of sticking.

Everything about the ARASHI wok, from surface to warranty.
Questions, answered.
Does food stick to it?+
Preheat it and add a little oil, and food releases the way it should from a good steel pan. It is not a sprayed-on coating, and we won't pretend it is. The upside: there is no coating to scratch or peel, so the surface stays the same for years.
Which size should I pick?+
11.8" (30 cm) suits two or three people; 12.6" (32 cm) is the family size; 13.4" (34 cm) is for big batches and guests. All sizes are measured across the inside of the rim.
Is it solid titanium?+
Straight answer: it's titanium-reinforced stainless steel, not a solid block of titanium — the same material as our EN skillet, hammered by hand.
Does it work on my stove?+
Yes — gas, electric and induction.
What does the warranty cover?+
Five years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, from your purchase date. Read the full warranty.
What's your returns policy?+
30 days from your purchase date for unused items in original condition. Email hello@tetsucookware.com to start a return. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
